IPOH: National MCA Youth deputy chief Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon will not be participating in the coming party Youth wing election as the newly-amended age limit makes him ineligible to participate.
He said the age of qualified candidates in the coming polls had been reduced from 45 to 40 and below.
