PETALING JAYA: The 54-day ordeal of stranded Ahmed Kanan at the KLIA transit area has ended with him being allowed to re-enter Malaysia.
Immigration Director-General Datuk Alias Ahmed permitted the 22-year-old Palestine passport holder to stay in the country for 30 days on humanitarian grounds after his plight was highlighted in The Star.
