Parents of Malaysian students in Egypt calm amidst protest storm

CAIRO: Despite political uncertainty in Egypt following the ouster of President Mohamed Morsi and street protests from rival groups, parents of the Malaysian students studying here have not been panicking.

Unlike 2011, the Malaysian embassy in Cairo this time around has not been inundated with phone calls from worried parents demanding their children are evacuated.
