Kudat district squatters to be given priority for housing scheme

KOTA KINABALU: Squatters in Sabah’s northern Kudat district will be given priority to be relocated to the additional 500 units of PPR (public housing scheme) flats to be built in the district.

State Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Hajiji Noor said qualified local squatters would be considered and they would be paying a monthly rental of about RM100 each once they were relocated to the flats.
