KUANTAN: A theft suspect who drove off in the police multi-purpose vehicle he was locked up in managed to drive against the traffic flow for 15km before he was apprehended.
Prior to the incident, the suspect, together with his accomplice, were caught stealing cement bags from a housing construction site in Indera Mahkota yesterday.
