KUALA LUMPUR: Islamic faith should be instilled through education and upbringing, not by the force of a law like the Administration of the Religion of Islam (Federal Territories) Bill 2013.
Constitutional expert Dr Abdul Aziz Bari said the Bill was “very much against the letter and spirit of reconciliation” that the Government had been touting in recent times.
