Malaysian students in Cairo advised to return home for holidays, says Education Ministry


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian students in Egypt who have completed their examinations and are not taking part in academic programmes such as practical training or summer courses, have been advised to return home for the holidays due to the country's unstable political situation.

Second Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said students were also not encouraged to holiday in that region but to remain indoors.
