12 cars in village smashed and broken into


Vandals smashed the driver's side windows of twelves cars and took minor valuables during a 4am incidenr on Saturday in Sungai Way New Village

PETALING JAYA: Sungai Way New Village folk were awakened in the early hours of the morning by barking dogs to find that 12 cars in their neighbourhood had been smashed and broken into.

Village chief Ding Eow Chai, 54, said that some residents noticed a ruckus along Jalan SS9A/19 here at around 4am on Saturday but did not suspect anything amiss.
