MMEA detains vessel for anchoring without permission


JOHOR BARU: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has detained a vessel for failing to report upon arrival and anchoring without permission in Pengerang waters here.

MMEA Tanjung Sedili district enforcement officer Maritime Commander Amran Daud said a patrolling unit spotted the MT Success Satria 1 at about 3pm on Friday near Tanjung Setapa in Pengerang.
