KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy MIC president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam (pic) may only decide if he will contest for the presidency after party branches have completed their elections in August, sources said.
They said the Health Minister was currently in a “tight spot” as vice-president Datuk M. Saravanan had indicated that he wanted to go for the party’s No. 2 post.
