JERLUN: The Kedah Government will write to the Penang Government to have discussions on the sale of raw water from Kedah.
Mentri Besar Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir said the letter, to be sent soon, is expected to launch the discussions between the two state governments, reported Bernama.
