KUALA LUMPUR: MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel has appointed former state assembly Speaker Datuk R. Ganesan as the chairman of Perak MIC with immediate effect.
He also appointed state secretary S. Karuppanan as the chairman for Penang MIC.
