KUALA LUMPUR: The Black 505 rally at Padang Merbok will proceed but there are no plans to stay at the venue until Parliament opens on Monday, said PKR strategic director Rafizi Ramli.
He said that there was no instruction from Pakatan Rakyat asking participants of the rally on Saturday to campout at Padang Merbok until Parliament opens for its first sitting since the general election.
