PETALING JAYA: The authorities must review the specifications of additional structures allowed to be built on high-rise buildings, said the Master Builders Association Malaysia.
Referring to the incident in Penang, in which a 24m lightning arrester was ripped off from the top of a 21-storey building during a freak storm on Thursday, its president Matthew Tee said there was no point “playing the blame game now”.
