Maggot-infested body of baby found in trash bin


GEORGE TOWN: A foul odour coming from a trash bin in front of an apartment unit in Jalan Lintang Madrasah, Jelutong Park here, led to the gruesome discovery of a maggot-infested body of a dead infant on Wednesday.

State CID chief SAC Mazlan Kesah said the dead infant was found by a resident who had been bothered by the stench since last Tuesday.
