PUTRAJAYA: A permanent coroner’s court is being proposed to deal with cases where suspects die while in the custody of enforcement agencies.
Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said the issue was raised during Wednesday’s Cabinet meeting as a possible solution to improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) of enforcement agencies in conducting investigations.
