GEORGE TOWN: A Magistrate's Court here has fixed June 20 for the deputy public prosecutor (DPP) to settle several issues raised by the lawyer holding the watching brief for Cheah Chin Lee, who died under police custody last year.
Counsel M. Visvanathan brought up three issues when the case came up for mention before Magistrate Umma Devi Loganathan on Thursday.
