BUTTERWORTH: A sacked DAP member, G. Asoghan, is suing the party and four members of the party’s disciplinary committee for allegedly terminating his membership.
Asoghan, 56, who was the Jalan Bagan Luar DAP branch chairman, in his statement of claim said his termination was invalid as the Registrar of Societies (ROS) did not recognise the party’s central executive committee (CEC) following claims of irregularities and fraud in the party’s elections on Dec 15 last year.
