Blood tests done on four in Penang road rage incident

GEORGE TOWN: Police have conducted blood tests on four people involved in a road rage incident along the Penang Bridge in which one man was killed.

The sampling was done, including on the deceased Phung Soon Lye, 39, to determine if any one was intoxicated during the accident, which occurred at about 12.30am on Satur-day.
