PETALING JAYA: More than a million people have signed up for the RM200 youth smartphone rebate since Jan 1, but only about half have actually redeemed them.
Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) strategic communications adviser Sheikh Raffie Abd Rahman said 513,025 people had cashed in their rebates by May 29.
