Wan Ahmad demands Ong’s apology ‘I was not involved in 2003 redelineation exercise’

PETALING JAYA: Election Commis-sion deputy chairman Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar has demanded an apology from Serdang MP Dr Ong Kian Ming for accusing him of having a hand in the last electoral delineation exercise in 2003, which was allegedly conducted unfairly.

Wan Ahmad said he was the EC secretary then, not the deputy chairman as claimed by the DAP parliamentarian, and was not involved in any deliberation and decision on the electoral boundary redelineations.
