GEORGE TOWN: DAP national chairman Karpal Singh said the Registrar of Societies (ROS) should not divulge the findings of its inquiry into the party until it had finished the investigation.
He said it was highly improper of ROS director-general Datuk Abdul Rahman Othman to make public certain findings.
