PETALING JAYA: The police believe adequate safety measures were not taken in the transportation of the boom crane, which fell off a trailer and crashed onto a passing car near the underpass of the Subang Airport-Subang Jaya road near here.
The driver of the car was seriously injured while her passenger was killed in the incident which occurred at 4.30pm on Wednesday.
