PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has issued a warrant of arrest against religious teacher Halimah Hussein for failing to attend a case involving alleged terror activities.
The court was to hear a prosecution's appeal against a High Court decision to acquit and discharge Halimah, former Internal Security Act (ISA) Yazid Sufaat and cafetaria helper Muhammad Hilmi Hasim for promoting acts of terrorism in strife-torn Syria.
