KUCHING: The search and rescue operation for survivors of the capsized express boat in the Balui River is only expected to be carried out in full force this morning due to lack of equipment and trained personnel.
Belaga assemblyman Liwan Lagang said Belaga town was not equipped to handle such emergencies.
