KUANTAN: Pahang PKR secretary Kamarzaman Mohamed Yunus has claimed trial on Monday to a charge of failing to give police 10-day's notice as stipulated by the Peaceful Assembly Act before holding a rally.
According to the charge sheet, Kamarzaman, 53, the organiser of theDatuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim meet the people programme, did not notify the district police chief 10 days before the event.
