IPOH: Ipoh Timur MP Thomas Su Keong Siong, 47, was charged with failure to inform the district police chief of a rally held in Ipoh at least 10 days before the event under Section 9 (1) Peaceful Assembly Act of the 2012 at the Sessions court here on Monday.
Su, was charged with committing the offence on May 9 at 7.30pm at the Dewan Wisma Chin Woo, No. 36, Jalan Hussein, Ipoh.
