PETALING JAYA: The Attorney-General’s Chambers has not made any decision whether to proceed with the prosecution of the restaurant manager in Kota Kinabalu who decided to marry a 13-year-old girl he had allegedly raped.
Deputy Solicitor-General II Datuk Tun Abd Majid Tun Hamzah said the A-G’s Chambers had to study the case before deciding whether to prosecute.
