IPOH: Perak Pakatan Rakyat has lodged a report against former Appeal Courts judge Datuk Mohd Noor Abdullah over an allegedly racist statement made during a forum in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
State Pakatan chairman Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin said the statement by Mohd Noor was seditious and laced with racist elements.
