KUALA LUMPUR: Former Malaysian Athletic Federation deputy president Datuk Karim Ibrahim, serving a six-year suspension over two doping incidents, is challenging the MAF on whether it has the jurisdiction to issue the suspension order.
He alleged that the MAF constitution did not provide for any disciplinary proceedings against him.
