PETALING JAYA: DAP has pledged to upgrade Sabah should the Opposition take over the state, with free public WiFi, and state television and radio channels handled by locals.
In a statement yesterday, secretary-general Lim Guan Eng who was in Sabah on Monday, said the party was committed to running a “clean government that has open public declaration of assets and open competitive tenders”.
