GE13: DAP has no legal right to sack me, claims Jenice Lee

PETALING JAYA: Teratai independent candidate and sacked former DAP Socialist Youth chief for Selangor Jenice Lee questioned the legality of her sacking, saying that the DAP no longer has the legal power to do so.

She said that because the Registrar of Societies does not recognise the party's central executive committee (CEC) due to alleged irregularities during the party election in December last year, the disciplinary committee's position would also be in question.
