KUALA LUMPUR: PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali is being sued by Umno and two others over alleged libelous statements linking the party to the distribution of a sex video clip which shows a man resembling him.
The suit stated that Mustafa and his lawyer Asmuni Awi had caused the publication of five defamatory articles against Umno on April 12 and 13 in HarakahDaily.net and www.malaysiakini.com
