SUBANG JAYA: More than half of PKR's 102 parliamentary and 162 state seats candidates will be running for seats for the first time in the 13th general election.
PKR deputy president Azmin Ali said the list of candidates have been finalised except for two seats, which are still being negotiated between Pakatan Rakyat partners.
