SHAH ALAM: A Magistrate's Court here has issued an arrest warrant against businessman R. Chandran for pulling Barisan Nasional's buntings from the Budiman roundabout in Shah Alam on April 12.
Magistrate Nurul Syahida Zainal issued the arrest warrant after the prosecutor told her that Chandran, 47, had failed to appear in court to face his criminal charge.
