GEORGE TOWN: State PKR vice-chairman Law Choo Kiang is suing a fellow PKR member and Kwong Wah Yit Poh for allegedly defaming him in a newspaper article.
Law, a state exco member and Bukit Tambun assemblyman, named PKR Bukit Mertajam treasurer Datuk Tang Chong Hock and the newspaper as first and second defendants in his suit, which was filed at the High Court here yesterday.
