PETALING JAYA: The Election Commission (EC) has assured that there will be a “sufficient” campaign period for the coming general election.
Its chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof, who disclosed this, said the minimum campaign period fixed by law had been increased from seven to 11 days while the maximum period was up to the EC to decide.
