KUALA LUMPUR: The Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (DPMM) has offered to build homes and sell them at an affordable RM200,000 each or less.
The DPMM will be building 600 homes in two phases in Taman Uda Utama, Johor Baru, on a 4ha piece of land – with a 99-year leasehold – offered by the Johor state government to start the project.
