KUALA LUMPUR: Police motorcycle units will be deployed to more areas if the people want them, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said.
Noting that 57.3% of the population had said they remained fearful of crime, he said police had introduced the Motorcycle Patrol Unit initiative with 1,000 motorcycles deployed in more than 40 districts.
