GEORGE TOWN: The list of Penang Barisan Nasional (BN) candidates for the 13th general election has been determined, with 40 per cent of the candidates being new faces, state chairman Teng Chang Yeow (pix) said.
He said the list would be finalised by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
