Errant bus drivers risk losing their licence


PETALING JAYA: Errant bus drivers can have their licences suspended or revoked starting next month for committing offences like speeding, not maintaining their vehicles and not taking breaks after a long drive.

This was part of new licensing terms and conditions in light of fatal accidents involving public transport vehicles, Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar said.
