July 22 hearing for Felda libel suit


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set three days from July 22 to hear a suit filed by the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) against Persatuan Anak Peneroka Felda Kebangsaan (Anak) president Mazlan Aliman and six others for libel over the alleged sale of palm oil to Israel.

Judicial Commissioner Lee Heng Cheong fixed the date for the hearing after meeting Felda lawyer Abu Bakar Isa Ramat, who also mentioned on behalf of the defendants.
