KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has dismissed an application by former Sime Darby president and group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Ahmad Zubair @ Ahmad Zubir Murshid to strike out his cheating and two other alternative charges.
High Court judge Justice Kamardin Hashim ruled there were no merits in Ahmad Zubair’s application and there was no evidence that the Attorney-General had acted mala fide against him.
