Lahad Datu: IGP - More Sulu gunmen killed in clashes at three locations near Kg Tanduo


LAHAD DATU: Malaysian security forces have killed more gunmen as they expanded their hunt for the armed Sulu group Wednesday, after Tuesday's offensive against the group that had been holed up at the remote Kampung Tanduo, some 160km from here.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said the gunmen were killed in clashes at three separate locations after police and army personnel widened their search to Kampung Tanjung Batu, about two kilometres from Kampung Tanduo.
