LABIS: Pakatan Rakyat should first implement the promises in its manifesto in the states it rules, said MCA Young Professional bureau chief Datuk Chua Tee Yong.
On the pledge of free education, including tertiary education, for instance, Chua said Pakatan state governments should have set a good example and started free education in universities in these states.
