A 32-year-old man reportedly killed his wife by forcing her to drink concentrated acid in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, after she refused to ask her parents to give him more dowry, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Vellore police said S. Srinivasan killed 22-year-old Gomathi on Monday, with help from his family.
