KUALA LUMPUR: A mother's wish to celebrate Chinese New Year with her whole family was dashed when her youngest daughter failed to return home for the holidays.
Chiew Sam Moi, 65, said she last saw the youngest of her three daughters, 32-year-old Soh Ai Ling, in April 2012 after she took up an office job in Singapore.
