Brunei cops yet to contact Miri police over murder


MIRI: Police here are waiting for their Brunei counterparts to contact them on the gruesome murder of the 39-year-old Malaysian woman whose body was found cemented into a wall at a friend's house in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei on Sunday.

Acting Miri police chief Deputy Supt Annuar Suhaili said they are aware of the case but they had yet to receive official contact from their Brunei counterparts to assist in the investigation.
