KUALA LUMPUR: As part of an ongoing strategy for the 1Malaysia Licence Aid (BL1M) programme to reach more youths, Barisan Nasional Youth and its Urban Affairs Secretariat (SHEB) have embarked a joint effort with several non-governmental organisations (NGO).
SHEB chairman Tengku Azman Tengku Zainol Abidin said the move was made because some youths still found it difficult to register for the programme.
