KUALA LUMPUR: A mother and her daughter were jailed by a Sessions Court here for possessing 11 pieces of RM100 counterfeit notes in November last year.
Sessions Judge Rozana Ali Yusof sentenced Sarawakians Mariam Ling Abdullah, 59, to 12 months’ jail and her daughter Faridah Ibrahim, 32, to six months’ jail after they pleaded guilty to the charge.
